Greed (short film)
Greed
For this project we had to create a 10 minute horror movie on the 7 deadly sins but instead because there were seven of us we decided to pick a sin each and create a individual horror movie on it that somehow connects with the others. I ended up with the sin Greed which took a while to come up with a story as you really have to think outside the box. After doing lots of research though the Internet and various media sources I finally came up with a story.

After watching all performances I chose my two actors and made them sign a release form so that I could upload the project on YouTube after.

Shooting Schedule
Me and Sam and the actor's left college at 1pm and Morgan one of the actors gave us a lift to Sam's House which I was using as a filming location. We got to the house around 1:15 and set up the camera equipment whilst the actors went through their lines. At 1:30 we were all prepared and we started filming. Filming went on for another 2 hours till we had finished the scene 1 and 2. After filming we I went back to college and put the equipment away and uploaded the footage to my harddrive. It was an interesting experience as it was the first project I directed in my second year.
Monday 18th of October 2021
Me, Sam and Tom all left the college at 1pm with the actors and went to Sam's house again as it is my filming location for the full movie. The same procedure as last time I gave the actors 15 minutes as I prepared the equipment and then started filming which lasted only an hour as it was the final scene that I had to do.

Evaluation
The film went really well I personally think even though at times it felt like a long project it was actually filmed rather quickly however it must be good because it gained quite a lot of views on YouTube and comments.
